Sales Director (Vietnam)
Responsible for all sales activities in the Vietnam Managing highquality and consistency of all products
and service delivery from Neusoft Medical Systems
1. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
 
2. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
 
3. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
 
4. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
 
5. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
 
6. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
 
7. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
 
8. Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
1. Advanced reading, writing, and arithmetic skills in English required.
 
2. At least ten years working experiences as Sales or Service director with Medical Equipments suppliers, GE, PHILIPS, SIEMENS, TOSHIBA preferred.
 
3. Ability to persuade and influence others.
 
4. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
 
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 
6. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through either a Master’s Degree or ten years of sales or marketing experience.
 
7. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
 
8. Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state drivers license within 60 days of employment.
 
9. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
 
Product manager
Responsible to drive profitable growth and strategy for CT product line. Support for field sales team,may be called on as technical product expert to present or validate solutions to close complex and technical sales.
Typically 5+ years direct experience as product manager, or clinical/technical experience with CT.
1.  Lead appropriate market segmentation and positioning strategies for CT.
 
2. Execute the strategic plan for the CT product.
 
3. Driving the product portfolio meet the needs of the market. Responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI).
 
4. Providing pricing strategy, under the guideline of the head office, and insure pricing compliance for segment opportunities.
 
5. Gather regional forecast for orders and sales, analyze content and prepare monthly report for management.
 
6. Market Knowledge: understand market needs, identify and analyze segment market size, market share, past Quarter, and forecast current Quarter. Identify and address new market opportunities.
 
7. Design value proposition, and provide training to sales team members on strategy and product offerings, including competitive assessment.
 
8. Representing the company at trade association meetings to promote CT product and company.
 
9. Responsible to identify, convert and develop luminary and reference sites.
 
1. Bachelors degree in Biology, Engineering, Medical;
 
2. Product management experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field;
 
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
 
4. Strong presentation skills;
 
5. Willingness and ability to travel within Middle East;
 
6. Experience in working with matrix organization;
Sales Manager (Asia)
Managing high quality and consistency of all products
and service delivery from Neusoft Medical Systems.

States of America
